Presented by Georgia Hi-Lo Trail, Trailblazing Women is committed to removing barriers, building confidence, and fostering the women’s mountain-biking community across our region. This program is designed to remove obstacles that prevent women from riding and learning to mountain bike.
This Introduction to Mountain Biking Clinic is made possible by a Gainbridge Assits grant. There is no charge to participate. The 6-hour clinic will be led by Catherine Longmire and offer women an introduction to mountain biking in a safe, supportive environment. As Head Coach of Between The Trees MTB, Cat brings over 25 years of experience and a passion for mountain biking. Her natural ability to meet new riders where they are makes Cat a perfect partner for this clinic.
To help make it possible for women to participate, we will provide bikes and helmets, childcare, lunch, and a swag bag with some riding essentials to get started.
This clinic is made possible by a Gainbridge℠ Assists grant. There is no charge to participate. Advanced registration is required. Attendance is limited to the first 30 registrants.
